The villa is located in the peaceful gated Highgate Park community within the division of Legacy Park. It is about a mile south of the junction between US-27 and route 192 with easy access to shopping and dining area in Kissimmee. It is 10-12 minutes from Disney and ~25 minutes from Orlando International Airport. The location allows you quick and easy access to all famous attractions - Sea World (~20) Universal Studios (~25), Wet N'Wild, and etc. There are a variety of excellent golf courses including Champions Gate within a few minutes drive from the villa.
